- Submitting an appointment request (through the form, by phone, text, or email) is a request, not a confirmed booking. Your appointment is confirmed when Em replies to confirm a time.
- If you need to cancel or reschedule, please give as much notice as you can — it keeps the chair open for someone else.
- Services, pricing, and availability may change without notice.
Using the site
Please use this site for its intended purpose. Don't attempt to disrupt it, misuse the contact channels, or submit requests with false information.
